Throttle body

Is there a difference between the cl type s throttle body and the cl type s 6 speed throttle body? The part numbers are slightly different between the two by 1 number. I found a cl type s 6 speed throttle body I'm going to put on my car for a good price, jut want to make sure it will fit before I buy it.

Thought about that one but they run the iacv different which isn't a big deal and they have run there tps sensor different then our cars. Which adapter are you talking about, I saw one adapter but that doesn't look like it will work for our cars.
