What kind of gains can you expect by getting a bigger bore throttle body for auto Type S. The only reason I ask is that a local shop to me will bore the throttle body 3.75 mm over, and I was just wondering if it would be worth the $150 they are charging to do it. Any other issues with doing this??

Yep, those guys are about 30 minutes away from me, that's who I was going to have do it. Have you had this done??

 

i'm running a larger throttle body (about 70mm, stock one is around 67mm or somewhere around there) anyways that is with a polished intake manifold and its worth the money in my opinion. More air equals more power. I believe our cars come rich from the factory.
