Thread Sizes?

Guys.

How do I find thread-sizes for different components in the car... fuel/oil etc.? I have done this the hard way by removing and measuring trying a bunch of stuff. We need to make a FAQ for these particular things:

(1) Fuel Pressure Regulator: O-ring end type of thread & size
(2) IAT - Type of thread & size
(3) Oil Sending Unit - Type of thread & size
(4) Fan Switch - Type of thread & size
(5) Tranny bolts - Type of Thread & size

Is this stuff listed in the service manual?

Could only find the tranny bolts in the Helms. They are 12X1.25. 12 is the diameter of the bolt and 1.25 is the thread size. 1.25 threads per mm I think. For the sensors you could take them out and figure out the size with a good tap & die set or a thread guage. This car is so much simpler than an Audi. THose have 9 different sizes of bolts on the bell housing!

Bringing this old thread back to find out if anyone knows the thread type/size of the fuel pressure regulator. I bought the AEM universal FPR and have to plumb it from the rail using adapters. I know you comptech S/C people have the adapter that came with your kit, but do you know what the thread type is???

Thanks

It's a 6AN on one side. The other is a pipe thread with a sealing washer. Not sure what the thread size is on the pipe fitting size.

It's a 12mm to -6AN adapter that's used on the Comptech kit.

I think this is the type of fitting on Summit Racing's site.
