Those w/ aftermarket rotors: Is rotor warping problem gone?

Now that my car is out of warranty, I'm trying to figure out the best way to get my rotor warping problem fixed.

I could go get my rotors turned and that would fix it for a while, but I know they will warp again.

Have aftermarker rotors held up over time?

If so, what brand did you get?

I've had good luck with aftermarket Brembo blanks from tirerack.

I used to have cross drilled Brembo rotors with HAWK HP pads on my old Maxima. That combo worked well but it sounded like I was putting the pads thru a cheese grater whenever I braked quickly.

my brembo blanks are already warped, only 1000 miles later. i did break them in well, but i was harsh on them after 200 miles.
i am calling tirerack to see if there is anything they can do.
also, i think the brembo rotors were much heavier than stock.

Used brembo rotors from tire rack @ $50 a piece. Axis metal master pads. No problems here...

The Rotoras have been outstanding, no warping at all.

you do have a big brake kit though right, so you have a few advantages over us. but good to hear their lasting well.

The pads and rotors worked great for me. As they say, "the car should have come stock with them." The combination gave me a solid stop with no fade shake or warp.

Clarification on my above post the first word should be I (ie I used brembo rotors... the brembo rotors that I had were not used but new!).

Well, I just purchased the EBC front slotted/dimpled rotors and EBC Green Stuff front pads as well. I'll stay with the stock rear rotors for a week or two (still on Endless pads) and see if I'm gonna get the Rotora rears from Tim, or track down EBC rears if someone has them...

I'll post my review after installing them this weekend/post-Superbowl Monday...

I got the rotors that were on the GB less than a year ago, cant remember if it was EBC or EMC rotors, and everyone's were warping, mine did too. And less than a year later my brakes are already squeeking.....my friend said with crossdrilled/slotted rotors you have to use organic pads, not metal because they will warp them easily...too late now.
