Make sure the transmission shifts good as in smooth. Although my transmission has a rough 2-3 shift, its been like that since i've owned it (4 years). Check the tranny fluid and see that its in good condition.
Ask if and when the timing belt/105k service has been done. If it hasn't, knock off 500-1k or walk away. Don't think the factory navi as a deal breaker, its 10 year old technology now and sucks compared to the portable navi systems of today.
Just be prepared to have 3k ready for a transmission replacement when you buy this car. If you can't afford that, then you need to look for a different car. Other then that, its a great car and I enjoy mine very much.

My trans studders sometimes when shifting at low RPMs too. No problems at all *knock on wood*
If you do decide to get this, you gotta at least prepare for the transmission. Not sure if you already know about it, but there's a thread about doing a 04-06 Oddy trans swap or 04-07 TL swap with our cars. If you're able to do that, then I'd say don't worry about having to search to the ends of the earth for a 6 speed in good shape.
