Uh, never mind. I searched a lil' more and found the link to outlaw engineering. One question though: Is it a straight bolt-on piece or do I have to modify my hood for it to fit? I have a '01 CL-S? I need to know, 'cause I'm ready to order one now.

straight bolt on. it goes on the throttle body and the other goes on the intake manifold. you can modify your hood if it floats your boat but it would ridiculous and unnecessary in this case.

It's not a total bolt on........
You will have to unscrew your stock studs on the intake & TB & install the new longer ones. So make sure you don't break or damage these if you ever want to put them back on.

i had to cut the engine cover a little so that it would fit the new placement of the plug that stick out above the cover. i guess if you don't want the cover back on then it doesn't matter.

There's instructions that come with the kit when you order it from Outlaw Engineering. It's pretty straigh forward. Just make sure you don't strip/break any of the bolts when taking the intake manifold/plenum off. It's really simple. Just unbolt everything, place the spacer on the block and bolt everything back up. Don't forget to reattach any wires you had to unclip as well. Should only take like 20 minutes. Also, remember to place a clean cloth or towel in the intake when placing the spacer on the throttle body.
