I have CT Cat-back on my CL, but it was installed at the same time as the headers, so I really can't speak as to if it's a noticeable difference or not.

From what I understand though, any aftermarket exhaust on our cars (not including headers) will give you somewhere under 5 hp gain. Most people "upgrade" the exhaust on the CL because of the sound since it really doesn't give much of a hp gain. Personally, I wasn't planning on getting an aftermarket exhaust, but I got mine for a good price along with the rest of my parts and had the cash to buy it all at the same time.

I have the HKS Super Draggers axlebacks. They look and sound very nice, but really do not produce much power gains. The stock exhaust system is already a good free flowing system, so I doubt catback or axleback will make much of a difference.

thats exactly what ive heard in the past, that the stock cl-s exhaust is already pretty good so you really dont need catback, axle back is just fine.

well im sure a huge majority came from the headers. is there anyone else that thinks the axleback is as good as the catback since the cl-s stock exhaust is already pretty good? between tanabe and hks super draggers which is better based on sound and looks?

again, you should read the faq and stop making threads that have been covered numerous times.
