Thank you Interstate battery

Well my TL sat in the garage for over a month. Went to start it, nothing, I'm talking completely dead. Jumped it and drove around for an hour or so.

Next morning, went to start it, nothing. Called the dealer I bought the battery from, he said bring it around, we'll look at it.

The guy didn't even try to see if it would hold a charge. Pulled out a new battery, plopped it on the counter and said have a nice day.

Wow, can't beat that.

Excellent customer service is tough to find, unfortunately. In return for outstanding service, I try to share my experience with the manager or owner and spread the good word to my friends. Pay it forward!

It was an Interstate battery dealer, not the Acura dealer.

Supposed to disconnect the battery if your letting the car sit that long. Glad they gave you no problems.
