Tail-Light eyelid idea!
I really want to do this, but not with vinyl, but with a material and process similar to that of the eyelids on the headlights. I think it would look better on 2001 fully red tails. what do you guys think, I know I like it.

i like it! 
and i'm not much into visual modding so....
But i 2nd that a lil thinner would be a little better.. also for it to be realistic, the reverse lights cant be covered up (which seem like they are with this draft).....
And i've always thought our taillights looked too BIG and PLAIN possibly cos of them being monochrome so this would definetly add a bit of spice and mystic to them.
could this be the next group buy. . . . . . . . . . ??

Maybe these are a little TOO thin :P 
I know i sound anal but the pros and cons of them being too thick or thin is that:
If they're too THICK then i think majority of the ppl will dislike em and they'll take up too much light space.... and if they're more on the THIN side then it will end up looking kinda GENERIC, like someone just cut a piece of plastic and taped it.
But more then anything, i think its too subjective and jackasses like me will end up being too anal about it.... of course i call it being a "perfectionist" :P
