Ya so yesterday we decided hey Dragon meet ..... Great ride up there but on the way back my friend flipped his 96 GSR integra. ive never seen a car flip infront of me like that before but wow! scary. and then on the way back i hit .... tapped my other friends integra messing his bumer up

The reason for this post is........MY CAR HANDLES LIKE SHIT!

im up for everyones opinion on how to make my car ride the turns alittle better.

keep in mind...its my daily driver..... i have mountain like speedbumps at my apartment complex. and a job.

so far i have Eibach Pro-Kit, Struts and Springs. 18" x 8" wheels, with a 225 40 18 tire.

want to know more about sway bars, and anything else to help my car handle better

 

Sways will keep the car flater in conners.
if you were pushing your car while going into a high speed bend
You will feel like the back getting lighter and begin to twist like before fishtailing out of control.
With the sway it will tighten the rear roll and you will be able to push your cars limits a little farther than before you reach the point where you would fishtail out of control on the same bend.

ok to finish the story....... i was 2 cars behind the car that flipped.... we pulled it away from the edge of the mountain. then i cut the windshield out of the car with a knife and then we drove it down the mountain im waiting on US129 photos to put up pics to show yall.

we had i think 21 cars up there most were older hondas a coupe new ones an S2000 RSX and some 350Z's
and civicdrivr it happened!

 

I've driven that road before with some of the AZ guys and it is a blast. You learn your cars limits up there, I know I did and I almost lost it.

 

my brakes are toasted right now!!!! im actually going to replace them here in a minute

I have never heard of a car flipping over and then continuing to drive again like that.

oh and get a rear sway bar. I felt the same or more of difference with that than lowering the car.... and i have the Eibach Pro kit like you!

i know how. there is only one way to flip a car like this. he let of on the curve and his back sliped and went on the grass then fliped

i have CT RSB and it is best handling improvment ever

He flipped the car just like that.....tried to cut a curve and the back slid out and poped over a lip on the side of the road. and fliped slid and rolled back over inches from the edge of the cliff. luck to be alive.

Yea, Im surprised the cops let him drive away with it.

 

It's a sudo-luxary car, it's never gonna handle that well.

 

The cops caught us at the bottom. we left the scene where it flipped.
To say it in simple terms... It was a UR NOT F*CK#NG driving that car another foot.
they tried to take him to jail. didnt happen, tried to give all us tickets...didnt happen, he pretty much got a failure to provide proof of insurance citation and thats it. we all played stupid and said it was a patch of salt in the road.

and to put a funny part in id say 4 or 5 cops passed us before one noticed that car had no windshield/ and wrecked all to hell and turned around after us.
overall id say it was One hell of a weekend

 

i wouldnt have called the cops either. u guys are good for backing him up

i Hate to say this but as of right now i dont have any videos. i went solo up there. my GF hates that kind of driving. i had a tripod mount for my camera so i would film from my passenger seat but i forgot it at home. i do have a video from about a minute before the crash. i will have to get it from the girls camera who was riding in the car that crashed.

also we have pics of the car seconds after the flip im just waiting to get them from the girl in the silver 350Z that went up there with us

next time i go up i will film it all one of those sticky camers from the wheel and bumper. and interior. a couple friends do that motor cycle stunts and have the cameras for thier bikes that im going to use

 

oh and he already has another integra shell. we got it to him last night. and he has been switchn parts all day and tonight we r putting the motor in it. ill be putting pic of the new one up as soon as we get it finished. should look good with the type-r integra spoiler and lip kit.
