Had my service done there today, mentioned about brakes, wierd noise from power mirrow.
Brakes fixed under warranty, no questions asked.
Ordered new mirrow.
They even offered to give me a ride to work, I did not need it, but it was really nice of them.

I'd recommed this dealer for those of you who don't like the service.

Another thing I liked, they did not try to sell me things I do not need.

I've gone there for basic service and they seem nice. They do a crappy job washing cars like all acura dealers though. Streaks, and waterspots everywhere I think the kid just pulled the car in the sun and let it dry itself.

not to bad. i had my oil change done there. now they sell and install comptech parts which is pretty cool.

They did my first oil change OK.

A couple of weeks ago I brought mine in for a broken inside mirror. They proceeded to break my windshield too. Three days and yet another windshield later. All was finally OK except... the inspection stickers are falling off continuously (they should have offered to re-inspect the car); the inside of the windshield was never properly cleaned; they offered nothing for my inconvenience.

I also had them install the sunroof teflon tape. About 6" of it has come off.

Yes, I'm going to go back there for my next oil change.

Yup, Marty Sussman is my dealer for service too. Haven't seen any modded CLs there though.

Thats funny...the day i went to purchase my new 2001 CL-S....Sussman didnt give me the time of day!..

At the time i was 21, working fulltime as i have been as an RN making good loot, had a PERFECT 1998 Eclipse GS with 25000miles to trade in.

I arrived at the dealer shortly after it had opened...Browsed the showroom floor for 5 minutes...still nobody approaches me.
I the open the door of the EXACT CL-S i wanted, and sit in it..IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWROOM....AND STILL NOBODY !!!

Finally....someone comes up to me..sits down with me...a piece of scrap paper and a pen in hand...and starts to try and sell me everything under the sun except the car i was looking for which was parked 5 feet away from me!!!! I told him repeatedly that i was fortunate enough to afford WHATEVER he had to offer me..but the ONLY thing i wanted was the CL-S Black/Black...the guy never looked at my trade in and never even broke out a calculator!!!!!!

after 15 minutess of this dick bullshitting me..i picked up and left...

3 hours later..I was driving my new Black/Black CL-S off of Classic ACURA's lot in Turnersville.....could not have been treated any nicer!!


That said.......Sussman sucks!

well....i cant tell you how the service is because i havent been there....it cant be worse than what i saw from Sussman sales.

BTW...i have been seeing a PHAT white CL-S with what i think are 20" rims rolling around Washington Twp.

Anyone know who it is?

My buying expirence was OK, not the best, but OK, I had no car to trade in, and exactly new what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I bought it for 2K less than whatever was MSRP, maybe if I bargain harder I could get another $500 off, but thats it.

I liked the service... no comment about sales...

hmmm i didnt seem to have a prob with sales, but i had a parent to co-sign with me. anyway there was only 1 girl in service when i went in but she was real nice and even told me bout supercharger (but being an avid reader here i knew )
hopefully its this nice every time i come in.
