I was going to put a supercharger on mine but the cheapest I could find was the comptech for $4500, and they were going to charge me a grand for install. =/ i've spent a lot of money pretty fast on my car anyways, so i figure i'll wait a while if i do eventually decide to. but that video makes me wanna get it on tomorrow haha

In addition, here is the first video I shot after installing the blower. This was done back in March of 2003 just a few days after installing the blower. This is with the base kit and pulleys.

It is there when on the throttle but during normal driving or idle it is not heard. Those videos were doen WOT and with the radio off. That is when you really hear it. Even so, it still is not obnoxious and is actually very nice. Of blowers, this one has a nice, quiet and mello tone.

Not at all. There was no noticeable difference with or without the IC.

At idle, there's only a very slight difference in sound over stock + plus the intake sound. When you get on it, there is a noticeable whine, but not too loud.

It's noticeable, but not over done. You'll feel it though

Well, if I were to do it, I would have it done at Sterling Acura here in Austin. I know the guys over there and they are real good.

Now I remember, this was one of the last pieces of info that helped me make up my mind to get the S/C. Got to love the whine...

For a minute there I thought that was Lower Roswell Rd, but anyways is it the low PSI that keeps the sound so quiet?

Naw, that is up in Woodstock just outside my neighborhood.

The lower boost = slower turning blower = less SC whine.
