Stone Racing V6 Headers built in UK

I tried to buy stainless obx headers from ssautochrome and they said they were out. They made me an offer. They said that they would sell me some prototype headers from a company called stone racing. The price was $300 shipped and then if I send them pics they will give me a $100 rebate. They also said they will let me return them for all my mney back if I am not satisfied.
Then I asked them the big question. "What kind of gains should I expect?" the said 15+.
I am not going to do it because the gains are weak and there is no dyno. Also I don't want to be their test rat.
Let me know what you think.

Why Not you should do it... I heard that they are re-imbursing $150 or 50% of the cost... It maybe a great mod...

Damn it I paid $495 as a "test rat" for the OBX... seems $300 is great deal... if you would end paying $150 only....

Those stone racing, Do they have a web site?

...id say he said that because he doesnt know that hearders like comptech or OBX give our car 25+ whp and the typical gains from a headers on a larger engine would be 15+....

I'd ask them for a professional installation and post-installation dyno. If they bite then they have a deal. They could have any pictures and testimonials they want.

Of course the money-back guarantee should still be in effect.

If they really want you to test out a new and unknown product, then they should make it worth your while.

I am not going to be the first one. If 50 people try them out and I hear good things then maybe Stone Racing has something going on.
Until then them bamas can test the shit themselves.
