Today my 01 CL-S was stolen, i need to hear of some recovery stories, if not i'll be going to a 08 CSX-S!

you sure it wasn't towed? not many people steal cars with immobilizers unless they have access to the bypass or flat bedded it

 

oh, to ellaborate and toss in some omitted information. My locker at school was broken into, which my keys where in! At first i thought my boots and watch ,were all that went missing! then no keys, sprinted to the parking lot... looked... "F***ing C***"!!!" if not returned, i hope to either to go cl6s or csx-s!

corsair- yeah thats what i had to do too, I was like here, let me go "Jerry Seinfield", kept calling my cellphone (which is connected to my aftermarket double din) therefor they can't ignore it, but they did! My friend has yet to call to sucessfully retrieve his mits HAHA!

currently i have two 04 6spd tsx(red, silver) on my radar, near impossible to find a 03 6spd cl-s currently in canada!


going from a 01 cl-s to a 04 tsx 6spd ... upgrading or downgrading, interested to hear how people contrast and compare these two! preferably anyone who has jumped between the two vehicles?

it gave me nightmares when i had the tsx 4 a loaner abt 9 mothns ago during tranny fix. nice looks BUT NO go ( missing 2 cyclinders) hell maybe 4

 

^^ also had a tsx while CL was in the shop... TSX is very slow, looks decent, interior is nice and roomy, but slow. And the airconditioners have probs. 04 issues

More then a week in, I have the ball rolling pretty, pretty, pretty far along in the insurance process. Oh boy and this process i tell you, something else, I had nine for the car, and four for misc ( which included recent tranny replacement, new pioneer multi unit(+unclads kit!) all ready to get going MONDAY! My friend who is in used sales, at the Nissan dealership in my home town has linked me up with a RED 05 MT G35COUPE.est 52,000 american miles. (im Canadian) SO YES YES YOU DO WANT TO PARK IT SOMEWHERE BAD!!!! and leave you locker unlocked !
So I was going to visit family this evening, never thinking to check I had forgotten the cellphone in the rental Yaris, stupid me! Funny enough I alluded constantly to my soon to be acquistion, the G35coupe, one uncle gave me a present, i was curious at first, to soon realize it was a locker! "Wouldn't want me sexy ass g35 to get stolen!".

Leaving early this morning, realizing I was a football referee, with 8 missed calls! aside from the obvious ones, a Private Call stood out, checking my voice mail, F**K me! who was it but the police a few jurisdictions over, located, with "minor" damage, seriously! I drove over to look at still and once again POS. the whole front/radiator damaged, 3 new scratches , inside looked like ass( new seats will be a must ), keys not with it.

So, opportunity knocked, and I missed out BIG TIME. You see never again, will the value of my car be what it was worth in this "claim". Half that if. Rather then being in the sexy g35coupe for the next few years of my schooling, ill be in that car that was used in three high profile robberies in the past week, that was used and abused with God only know what, Like 87 Octane, unnecessary speeds, accelerations, and irregular driving habits. Not to mention 5k (cdn) remaining on the warranty ! that was left for dead at some at some retirement residence in bumfuck, idaho (no offence people from idaho)

So this monday when i should of been registering ownership and all that jazz i'll still be driving around the Yaris, well the car is in the shop.

3 of my friends had there cars stolen to be found in Newark.
my one friend lives in newark has a spider eclipse that was stolen and recovered twice and now he just leaves no gas in it when he parks at night and now no one steals it, it was broken into a few more times but the thieves left it cuz there was no gas for a joy ride!

Attending a meet would always restore confidence for me in my car! I do hope to fall in love with her again, once she's out of the shop, and restored! Since the last,last(missed the novemeber one !) meet I upgraded my rims/tire combo/, xs headers(i still ower dru 40 bucks or so, i think, lol, hoping he isnt charging interest :|) and lastly upgraded to a aftermarket pioneer (avicbt700)all in one ent unit..oh shit almost forgot, 03 cupholder!!!!!Still a virgin, have yet to been slammed.
