wow. my car sat in the shop, more then a week until my insurance adjuster was able to look at it today, WRITE OFF! my wish has came true! i have some junk laying around (ex. center console, cup, ashtray, (2) stock stereoes ( one of which is ready for a LED convert ), cl-p (brown trim), and a gift that i got for christmas 5at cl-s type s pedals. Rental is up the 29th, will be posting either the g35 coupe. or something HMC.

Almost two months since this whole incident occured. I must say the insurance came through, they gave me a price for the car, then on top of that gave me a % of what i paid for the winter tires/transmission replacment/double din kit - pioneer avic 700bt/ windshield, and a whole bunch of other minor things. I got double what i know it could have been sold for prior to the incident. Rental expired, my mom was nice enough to lend me here vehicle for the past month, tomorrow I am going to be purchasing a g35 from guelph infiniti. My cl-s was my first car and it was blast, lots of great memories and friends enjoyed it and miss it also. i put more than 60,000 KM in one year/ three months, so it was well enjoyed. I do hope acura comes out with a new 2dr 6cyl soon, and i know for sure that would be my next car a few years after its out! I know everytime the G goes in reverse and the mirror doesnt go down, i will think of it, or when someone gets in the back on the driver side (only the psngr does it auto :S) and i have to move it up, i will think of the cl. and when were taking back empties i know the trunk wont compare to the cl. if it were not for the transmission replacement i went through in the summer i know i would be hoping right back in one, but thats not the case. The gta meet i attended was great, everyone was so helpful and it allowed me to learn alot about modifications!

 

Sorry to see you go, but the G35 is a nice car. What year/model are you going for? Good luck with whatever you get into
