Spotted: CL-(S?) in Houston.
This happend a couple days ago, saw 01-02 Tails on a SSM CL (maybe type-s) lowered on rims spotted in Telfair (Small neighborhood in Sugar Land), can't remember plates exactly but they're "???-C?G"
