Spotted a blue 03 CL-s with an exhaust maybe greddy cos it was pretty big, on sidney Marcus BLVD, going into Home Depot a week ago. had stock. Wanted to know if it anyone on here. I only know of VeeralS05 with that color in Atlanta but he has 19's.

 

wasnt me, but i have a ABP TLS and work around Sydney Marcus. rarely see the ABPs.

 

Do u have clear headlights and also the OEM TL kit if so then i have seen you around a couple times. Love that car. I stay in the Tiburon apartments and there are like 3 other CL-s in my complex but they arent modified.

 

hahaha.. I could have been the '4th' CL-s in that apt complex. Thought about signing a lease there but office staff seemed too fishy for me. You hardly see 03 CL-s in ATL. I often spot 03 CL mostly women drivers. I got SSM 03 CL-s but it's bone stock with dark-ass tint.

 

It would have been nice to have someone like you around (not really) , Tired of see stock CL's all the time, but it would have been cool we could have done some projects like clearing out headlights. And i dont see alot of 03's around, i see about 2 a day at most but i see alot of 01-02 and somehow i think Atlanta has the most CLs in one city cos there are too many around (Maybe the california cities might compete).

 

haha... I agree on Atlanta having the most CLs in one city. I used to live at this apt complex called Westchester at Briarcliff on North Druid hills. In our parking deck, there were total of five CLs including mine (one gold, two silver, one black and one white). But then mine was the only 03 so that was kinda special. Lot of ppl on this forum says CL is so rare but once u visit dirty south, i'm sure you'll disagree.

If you ever clear out ur headlight, and succeed please let me know. I'll be more than happy to compensate you for some labor!!! (case of beer should do it huh?)

 

Yep, that's me. Check out my sig for mods. Clearing headlights was a bi@cth, would never do it again, but it looks oh so good.

well i live way up in stone mountain tho. place called mahdavi motorsports did my headers and springs. labor was $200 for the springs, $175 for the headers.

 

You guys should move to my town in SUNNY Minot, North Dakota...i am 1 of 2 CL owners in the whole city...probably the state

WHAT the F###, i think i might have to do this myself, Mahdavi wants 250 to put on my coilovers while the dealer wants 800. Do u guys recommend i do the install since i have no exprience or get Mahdavi to do it for me.

Do you already have the coilovers? Or do you still need to buy them?

I already bought the coilovers and i should recieve them any minute from now. Cant wait to drive with them cos i know that the CL-s handles better than and CL-p and the Cl-s gets better with the coilovers so if B> A and C>B then you can image the feeling i have.

Thanks for the info Buford , went to Top Speed to get it done on saturday. Great guys over there. Am satisfied with the installation but i think i might raise my car up a bit cos he went all the way down like 2" or more, i feel am sweeping the streets for the city.

One of the tuners had this WRX Sti with like 590 WHP which was crazy and also this completely stock looking Sentra V spec with only exterior exhaust mod did a dyno and came out with 261WHP ( now thats what i call a sleeper) cos he had a turbo. I am now scared to race those small cars i see everyday cos i dont want to get burned .


PS tray told me how u ride around in a boat with 19s. Hurry up and get it lowered

Yeah, Dan with the white STi, he's a great guy. That car should be putting down way more than 6oowhp. When they last dyno'd it, it was 95* in the shop. Which coilovers did you get?

When I lived in CA, it was the same way. It sucked. But almost all people are like that. You wave to them, they wave back.... with their middle finger. Oh well.

 

Yeah i got the tein basics and i love the way they handle, i can now take highway curves at 90+ mph and not feel the car tip like i use to.

I met up with AcuraCL1 and he is a great with one clean car "extra clean." U guys should try to meet up, i will be returning from florida that day in the night so i will hit him up after i get back in town.
