Speaker Cover

I have the beige interior and the fabric covering my door speakers is dirty and snagged in a few places. Is it easy to replace this?

Not 100% sure, but I think the speaker cover is part of the door panel, which is one piece.

So there is probably no way to clean it - I would have to buy a whole new door panel?

Yeah, without doing something custom, you would need to buy the whole door panel. Can you vacuum it? Maybe try lightly spreading some fabric cleaner or carpet cleaner on it. To really clean it you could just take off the whole panel and scrub it.

YOU CAN CLEAN IT!

Take some foaming upolstry cleaner and spray it on there carefully. Once it sits for a minute or two, then take a soft brush and scrub it. Be careful! Don't scrub too hard because it stretches easy and it could potentially snag too. Just take your time. It's kind of delicate. Once yo scrub it, then take your vacuum and try to suck out as much of the moisture as possible. After it dries, you will see a huge difference. Caution... it might not look like it when it's still wet!

I did it to mine a couple of times when my driver's door was leaking water.

Good luck!

This is true, I just checked mine out and if there was leaking it looks brand new!
Thanks LH

Sure.

BTW, the mangled trunk button is thanks to the asshats at Mile High Acura's service department from the "window issue". Idiots.
