Awesome ride my man. Be glad you don't live in Houston. 19" wheels and Houston streets just would not mix. You would be bending rims every other day.

I will be putting some short videos of the car in action to prove the headers and intake are on there, and to show how it looks moving, i will probably put some under the hood pics on their too.

Damn, 245s! And no tire rub? What offset did they end up making your wheels?

The wheel manufacturer set the offset, i am not sure exactly what it is, they were reluctant to tell me, and i bought the wheels.

I should've figured HRE would be hesitant about revealing the offsets on their custom setups. I wanted to know so that I could get an offset as close as possible to theirs if I get 19s too.

sorry i couldnt help, if you are getting HRE you dont have to worry about it, if you are going with someone else, i guess you could call and act like you are going to buy them and see if you can squeeze it out of them, but i doubt you will be able to get it from HRE.
Are you going to go wide in the back?

Really nice rims man, but surprisingly they are not as expensive as I thought they would be at only 500 a piece. BTW, whats the big deal about releasing info on the offset?

No, I'll keep the same size all the way around so that I can rotate the tires frequently. I doubt I'll be getting HREs too, they seem too expensive for me.

Nice rims.. not too many CL-S owners have 19-inchers.. where did u get them .. u in socal or nocal?

Your car does not look lowered and yet there does not seem to much of a wheel gap there, why is that?

I have Comtech springs, so it is lowered just a little over an inch and the wheels seem to fit perfectly. Did the text on my web page come up? They are HRE wheels

That's what I thought, too much money for me. I'm looking to spend about $2.5-3K tops, which allows for some nice wheels, just not custom HREs.

What would make you think i got ripped? Can you get them for a better price? Do you know about the wheels and why they are expensive?

looks nice! i'm curious why you went with staggered widths front to back, especially on a front wheel drive car? that half-inch is probably meaningless and now you will not be able to rotate your wheels/tires at all.

as for the offset, you can measure that yourself. take the wheel off. measure from the rear lip edge to the mounting surface. subtract half of the wheel width. multiply by 25.4mm and there you go!

Pastrami has some good questions here. Also, that would be great if you could measure the offset for us. I usually dont like rims with nipples (3 piece) or chrome, but I do like these rims. I gotta give it up ... bling bling ...

Here is the text from his webpage since some of you can't see it:

Yeah, if you could measure the offset for us that would be great. And why did you decide to go with 8.5/245s out back?

The wider the better, and it looks nicer too.
The car is heavy and the wider tires should help it grab all the better. I was told by HRE that 245 was as wide as they could go with the rear, but when i get under there and look, there is plenty of room. If I wanted I might be able to get 265 or maybe 275 under there. One good thing about a 3 piece wheel, is i can just have them change the inner, buy some bigger tires and i am set. I am almost 100% positive I can get 255s on the wheels i have now. If you are going to go custom, you should try to have the wheel maker measure for your specific car, even though they are the same, each car has more or less room under there. I am not too concerned about tire wear, i have had good experiences with Nitto, but we will see how I feel in a few months.
