So I went to take delivery of a "gorgeous" 03 CL-S 6spd yesterday, only to find it scratched to hell on every single body panel of the car. There was not one angle in which the car did not have a visible scratch. I was pissed and refused to buy the car, and ended up getting my downpayment money back.

I don't know if I can find another one of these, we have very limited selection here in Canada. I'm looking at 325ci's now that still have a bit of warranty left. I am afraid that even if I would find another CL-S 6spd, I would be screwed with a low resale value because whatever car I get, I only intend to keep it 1 or 2 years MAX.

Which part of Canada are you in??? Secondly which dealership was it??? How much was it going for and how many km's...

Sorry to hear about the way the deal broke off... in all honesty, which car can you buy at 20K cdn, and have the feeling of a luxury sport coupe.

I am in Ottawa, it was a local dealership here. They were asking 25K for the car and it had 47K on the clock!
