Smoked A New Saturn V6
When the light turn green he got the jump and was off like a shot. Once the VTEC kicked in...I blew by him and waved to him and his girl friend. It must have been funny to see a senior citizen with gray hair smiling as I dusted him. My wife said, "What, are you nuts?"

I had a V6 Saturn try and race me in my Prelude a few years ago. Yeah..okay. C-ya. Hey, people that buy Saturns love their cars too. People that buy Saturns also probably don't know squat about what kind of punch a CL-S packs either.

Actually, the Saturn must have been modded up because he did pretty well until the V-TEC kicked in. He would have beaten the shit out of 'Rustoned' though.

Actually, there are a few Saturn V6 owners around my area who think their ride is all that.
I was at a red light with one, and I didn't even pay any attention to it, and next thing I know I heard tire chirp from their ride, and they were racing me?!?! I was like wtf.. so I caught up to him at the next red light and convienced him that he shouldn't f*ck with CL's.. :shakehd:

Give the guy a break. While the Saturn has no chance against a Type-S it's certainly no slouch. I have a Saturn V6 as well as my Type-S in my garage. There's no comparison in performance with my Type-S, but I can remember when that same Saturn would spank my 98 Accord V6. I was so pissed when I would race it and it would immediatly pull 1 car ahead, and I couldn't catch it. Now when I race it in My Type-S auto I pull slowly on it from the start, but as soon as VTEC kicks in I'm gone.
