Are you lookin at an R32 R33 or R34?

I know Motorex imports them but I'm not sure about the price.

$2k No way it's a real Skyline then.... be very, very careful of that shit. You shouldn't be spending less then $60k-$70k on a good condition R34 Skyline here in the states.......

he got ripped. its prolly some honda with a kit.
hell dude, the skyline starts at 50k in japan, then you gotta add the cost to import it, it all adds up to way more than 2 grand.

like i said, check the engine, its probly a honda with a kit, there are some i've seen with some convincing kits, lights, etc.

uh...you might be in the wrong forum...

I suggest checking out http://www.freshalloy.com

they'll probably give you a better sense of the logistics behind purchasing a Skyline.

I'm with Italian, I've several Accord 2 doors that has the skyline mod done to them.. they look very close to the real thing, except for that they aren't as long as the real skyline.

But I think if it's a fake one, it would still be more than 2000. I smell something fishy here..

first off, I never called you a rice boy. Second, you are beginning to sound like a riceboy/troll. Third, I have seen some very expensive 1/18th scale skylines, but for 2,000$ man your buddies models must be fuckin sweet.

The cheapest place you will find a skyline that you can import and drive in the US is www.skylinegtr.com Your buddy won't be able to drive his car on the street and will be limited to only driving it at sanctioned track events.

You sound like a 16 year old kid? Are our presumptions right? Also, got any pics of that 64? They make real sweet 64 models now too.

i just dont know what to make of this, your boy obviously got ripped, plain and simple. i think the rims off a skyline cost 2k, and then you've gotta pay for importing them. maybe im wrong here, but its really really really unlikely ANYONE would get a real nissan skyline for 2k.

dude, you sound like a nice enough guy (minus the whole outburst at ghander), but really, its 99.999999999999% likely that something is amis here. i mean really, this thing is like the Viper of Japan, and you expect to find one for 2k? o well.

not like it will really do much but got any pics?

I think we're missing the point. His friend claims the guy won it drag racing and gave it to his friend for $2000. That could happen. But no chance in hell you're gonna buy one from someone anywhere near that price.

Time to close this thread and say goodnight.

its not a skyline...it costs 25k just to make it street legal and import it. Its an accord or even 240sx (silva s14) with a kit.

ANY car can beat a viper with the right mods. Im not saying your lying, just mistaken .

I hope to drive a skyline in japan sometime in my life

if your friend really has this nissan, are you sure its not a silvia s13 or s14? it would still be hard to get those for $2000.
