Look into Solargard Quantum...it's their top of the line, I believe. Basically a home window film turned into an automotive film...thicker than other auto films. It's got a silvery sheen to it and is slightly reflective. However, I think most metal films will show some kind of metallic reflection...but the Quantum was a little more.

Hmm

I thought about it when I went to go get my whip tinted, but i seen the gold reflective tint on a IS300 and I didnot like it.. it did not match up right and it looked ghetto... Asked the tint guy (13 yrs. experience) what he thought... he said don't do it... So I got the black tint.

wow that looks pimp!

reflective is illegal? what about the RX300's and IS's that get reflective tint stock?

I've been thinking of getting a blue tint on my car...my friends have told me that it looks pretty nice on a white car...what you guys think?

I'd just go with the regular black tints, the darkest you can get legally. Or even darker if you want. Click here for my silver CL-S with regular tints.

Click the link below or CLICK HERE to see pics of my tint. My CL-S has SolarGard HP Charcoal (32% front, 22% rear) while my brother's G35 has Huber Optik tint (not sure what the light percentage is...I assume about 37% or 35% front and 25% rear).

If you want pics of the SolarGard Quantum tint, I can post pics from my old '98 Integra GSR which had it. Just pm me or reply to this thread.

yea i dont want mirror tint so i dont have to worry bout that.

thanks gsrblack, can you post pics of the Quantum tint

so far, looks like im gonna go with a light metallic tint all around

my main concern is my black leather in the summertime, i dont think really dark tint will look good on a silver car.

knv8, after work, when i get home, i'll dig up my Integra pics so you can see the tint. i have pics of the totalled integra, just gotta find the link. my car was totalled in your area...actually over at the city of industry where the circuit city, best buy, and ikea stores are at.

anyways, i'm in phoenix, so it's hot and i wanted more shade for my black seats too. tint really helps...and in the summer, the interior isn't as hot either.

Here is a pic with the Quantum tint...it's not a very good pic...my poor GSR!!! The Quantum is actually a bit more mirrory than it looks...but it isn't too dark. I believe it was something like 32% front, and 22% rear or something like that.

This was the pic after the accident.
