Side View Mirrors

Tell me, is it normal for only the passenger side mirror to tilt downward when in reverse? Shouldn't both tilt? If so, what might be the problem?

That feature is meant to assist in parking next to a curb as it is easier to do that then without it.

The drivers side mirror isnt supposed to tilt.

True in your car owners manual the passenger side mirror is supposed to tilt.

Not the drivers side.

Now why can't they tint our side mirrors a anti glare blue tint (like BMW M3) still baffles me. That would help me from getting blinded by cars on the road.

dude how can u compare a M3 to a cls, with the 20 grand u saved u can get that shit done.

The '02 will prolly have tinted mirrors.

The '02 TL does.

If you dont wanna swap with '02 mirrors you could just get your mirrors tinted.

Prolly only cost ya like $50. heh
