Did any one install short ram cold air intake on cl?

 

short ram cai???

inorder to be a cai it has to be long and reach near the bottom (away from engine) to draw cold air. a short ram cai?? makes no sence unless you put a pack of ice on that short ram intake then it will be a Cold air intake.

IS it loud? and do u hear a hissin noise..

 

It hums loudly rather than the normal hiss because of the throttle body.

There's no such thing as a Short Ram CAI, it's either a Short Ram Intake, or a CAI ( ), myself, have a Short Ram and it only is noticable when VTEC kicks in. For cruising speeds you can't even hear it. But when you hammer it... watch out!!

just wanted to make a small correction:
its either a Short RAM or a CAI(cold air intake).

saying CAI Intake is like saying PIN number -which stand for Personal Identification Number number.
