Shes been hit!!!!!! {PICS}

Damnit!!!!! Shit fuck damn motherless .... grrr.... I was going to get my girlfriend at the texaco cause her tire popped and I ended up getting in a fucking accident and messing up my car. Not too complex of an accident but essentially my vision was obstructed by another car that got in my lane so I swerved so as I would not get hit by the fucking 5 ton SUV but rather ran into a chrysler minivan. The driver was very nice and nobody was hurt. Amazingly enough, there was no damge that could be seen on the minivan .... but not on my car............ GRRRRRRR!

Yo the rim is MAD bent - just check out the two spokes closest to us in the 4th and 5th pics - they're right up against the rim edge, whereas there's supposed to be like 2" clearance at the outer edge, as you can see with the other three spokes. Ouch.

A good friend who is a police officer told me that given the choice of crashing with someone else who is at fault for doing something stupid or swerving and potentially hitting someone else, thus making me at fault.... always go with the first and stick it to their insurance. Hard to do when you are driving a nice car, but it's a lot better than higher insurance rates.

Too bad about your front. See if you can work insurance to get enough scrilla for some '03 parts.

Last week when my dad tried to go send some mails, and it was a hot afternoon, so he went inside the CL and sat on the leather seat which was burning his butt, so he tried to rush away from the sunshine and backed up quickly and didn't see a big van parked behind him, and the rear bumper scratched with the van's bumper, his CL's rear silver painted was scratched off and black marks left on the bumper and there was a dent on the corner of the left taillights, but there was absolutely no scratch or anything left on the van. Right now there are three places on the CL that has been scratched: Right corner of the front bumper, left corner of the rear bumper, and the right rear rims. May be we don't plan to fix those flaws. So I totally feel the sadness that you have towards your car.

Thanks all for your words. First, yeah wheel gap sucks - I think I am going to report it to the insurance company and tell them that the accident caused the wheel gap and Ill need coilovers pronto! Yeah, as far as the other car, I hit their driver side rear fender which sustained NO DAMAGE AT ALL. The only thing about their car that was noticible was my paint on their fender. Well, at lease everyone was ok.... I guess its time to call insurance.

Oh yeah, and I noticed the rim as well - how do you think they will handle that?

The most important thing was that you were all right. Don't worry about the car. It's just a machine and can be fixed. Just go to good auto body and you won't know the difference.

sorry to hear about your accident dude but take it easy at least everyone involved is okay. There's been many accidents I've repsonded to (cause i'm a firefighter) i wish the worst thing hurt was the car.
if you guys think that's bad we had a Amubulance scrape the side of of truck(this is our biggest truck in our dept) (the thing that gets me is the ambulance they scraped us with was "medic 2"(which "medic 1" just came in which has a DVD player)(and these are cool screens they roll down from the ceiling) but they didn't want to get Medic 1 dirty on it's first couple runs out so they took medic 2 on this one otherwise they would have scratched a 110 thousand dollar ambulance :P )
it left nice scrape on medic 2 but it didn't hardly do anything to our Engine:P
