Just curious, are those the floormats that come with the car?

Yes they are.
They added the 3.2CL logo.

AND…..I have NO freaking idea what that silver line is on the passenger seat (first 2 photos).

Honest, it’s not really there.
Must be some strange flash reflection from the door trim.

Okay, so let's number the differences:
(I'll update the FAQ one day, I promise!)

1) Aluminum trim replacing bowling ball trim
2) Tach sweeps around more since gear # display is gone
3) Floor mats are different (3.2 CL vs ACURA )
4) Funky accordianish cup holder cover
5) shifter, TYPE-S shift diagram thing, clutch and moved e-brake
6) Acura symbol on steering wheel
7) No VSA button - black nothing to right of cruise control button

The Falken’s have arrived and are sitting up at the tire place waiting for install.
My rims are getting here next week.
I should have them installed by the end of the week.
Of course it’s going to look like a 4WD until the springs get installed on the 30th.

The only thing I wish my car had that the 03 now has is that Acura symbol on the steering wheel.

The Rear view mirror has a different button configuration to it as well.

i don't i think the whole door design has been messed up...ok, if u like the silver trim, fine, but they took out the ruffled leather inserts...what's up with that??? the door looks too weird!!

and what is up with that E-brake??? it's practically pointed straight up!! what happens after a while when it breaks in?? u're gonna pull it past 90 degrees??? Shawn, see if u can get that E-brake re-adjusted not even my '97 Maxima GLE's E-brake went up even close to that angle, even after 3 years!!

I really like that aluminium trim on 2003... maybe I should have waited for 2003 instead of buying 2002 few weeks ago. Oh well, I saved 4K !!!

I got 24,000 for my trade and with the TAX savings it was actually worth 25,440.
In PA, you don’t have to pay TAX on the trade amount.

There are a few extra buttons on the mirror for the OnStar controls and there is a microphone on the bottom so you can talk to the operator.
The audio comes through the stereo speakers.

Good point.
I’m sure the E-Brake cable is adjustable like all hand brakes are.
I guess that’s something to mention at the first service call.

Best of luck with her! How do you like the blue over the red so far?

Also, you have to find a better place to mount the v1 remote display. doesn't really look good there imho.

It may not look “good” there, but that’s the best place for it.
If my V1 sounds an alarm I can quickly glance down and see which direction the “bogey” is and check my speed at the same time.
It doesn’t block any of the gauges and is hardly noticeable from outside once I get my windows tinted.

So can you see the tach when you are seated comfortably? I complained about the placement on the Auto, and it is more important on the 6 speed.

Yes, the TACH is on the left side and is nowhere near the remote display.
From where I sit, it doesn’t even block the trip computer & odometer.

Think about it.....THIS photo was taken while I was sitting in the drivers seat so the “eye” of the camera is seeing almost exactly what I see when I am seated.

i wish they could have both the tach and the speedo pointing at the same angle, kinda like the RSX

i also wish there was a small display on the tach where the '01/'02 display is to show what gear u're in.

Actually, I would have preferred they move the TACH to the center space on the 6-Speed with the Speedo off to the LEFT.

Yeah, I like big tachs that are easy to find. Big and centered would have been great. Oh, and real men don't need gear indicators.
