Seen the new Celica commercial?
I wish Acura would just make a fun commercial!
The new Celica commercial is for some new body package they have.
A red Celica is parked on the side of the street (phat looking!). An old man is walking on the other side of the street and looks at the car and yells "SLOW DOWN".
I almost fell off the couch it was so funny.

They've got a few for the new Celica. The other one's i like are where the dog runs right into the back end, and another where the cop trys to pull it over. Very cool.

I was talking to their rep about the kit at the LA auto show last year, where they were gathering the US-market opinions about it. Obviously enough people (including myself) told them to lose the "hood wings" that they took it to heart and dropped it from the the full "Mechanical Sport" kit.
The dealer version will probably be more expensive than the Wings West version, but one will possess the peace of mind knowing that they've bought the original, and it is Toyota-qualitied and warranteed.

Maybe then we'd convince them that Americans can treat Japanese women like humans.
Yes, there was yet another gang rape of a Japanese woman by our boys-in-uniform.

(Is that clearer now? Yes, it was a leap from a joking aside to a serious commentary.)

The front airdam and the rear wing kinda evokes a Toyota "Type R", IMO.

I really do like the look of these new celicas. They look like they would be a fun car to toss around the corners. I also like the fact that almost every girl I see driving one is really hot.
