seat warmers

Do you guys know if the seat warmers only heat the bottom portion of the seat or the back as well? I know the 3g TLs heat both bottom and back but only on the drivers side.

I have a 2003. My back is supposed to be heated also?! I need to get that fixed right away. Is it normal for the passenger seat to not get as hot as the drivers?

Bottom and back of Driver seat.

Bottom only of Passenger seat because of OPDS side airbag sensors.

Both seats should get equally hot.

They should both get equally hot. My service advisor told me that when the warmers dont function properly it can cause a short thus making the seat thats messed hotter than normal. They're replacing mine.

I had the same problem with the back of my seat. It was covered under warranty, but I remember the part being about 400$.
