For SC owners, how easily do you break traction?

Whenever the car is running well, it can break loose at virtually any point in 1st gear.
I tried from idle and every thousand rpm, no matter where i am in the rev range, 1st breaks loose if i wot!
Dont get me wrong, i love the fact that the power overwhelms the wheels. But i was wondering if anyone out DOESNT have this. If you dont, please list your tire/wheel combo as i am interested in finding out which tire can hold it best (without stepping to a race or near race compound tire)

(I have Pilot Sport PS2's which i feel are better than the original sports, but even these dont hold it from letting loose.)

I too suffer from 1st gear grip dysfunction despite the tire. I've had SO3's and currently running Parada Spec-2's. I've have T1-S's on sometime in the next couple weeks when I get my Centerlines.

BTW, do you know if you got any gains from the emanage with the S/C HBP setup?

Crack them loose at will. I think most people have that same problem. Running 235/45-17 Toyo T1-S. With the stock Michelins, Forget about it.

I havent gotten it tuned yet. However, if i get the headers changed this weekend, i should be able to have it tuned and i will dyno on tuesday regardless. I wont be doing a baseline so i cant tell you if it will gain or not. I figure the emanage is necessary with the HBP more for safety reasons than power. Scalbert could probably give some more insight as to how much it can benefit on our setup.
My car has detonation issues ever since the blower went on, so the emanage should help it benefit in the aspect that i wont detonate anymore, thus more power!
Overall though, if you arent getting any detonation, the stock ecu actually does a decent job with fuel. From what allmotor and scalbert have told me in the past, i can probably gain some power in the midrange and a little up top, but no more than 10 whp.

However, the big plus of having the emanage is that you can run race gas with really good results.
