Saying Hello, its my first post!

Hi guys im Ryan, just bought myself an 01 Silver CL-S today...its got 15,500 miles on it..i paid $18,500...so far the car seems really sweet...a HUGE upgrade from the 03 civic SI i was previously driving..

i have read that a tranny recall is set to take place soon, is there anything else i should worry about with these cars?

thanks i hope to be sticking around for quite a wile!

yeah no navigation...but for that price i couldnt beat it..i was looking for a car under 19k with lower miles...and this is what i found...just couldnt believe i found a 2001 with only 15,500 miles on it!

i also considered s2000's but the only ones in my range were 60k plus miles...so i think i got thebest bang for my buck.

I just got mine last week.

You think it's that much of an upgrade from a 03 SI? How about a 95 DX with automatic nothing. Let's not forget about the fart can that the owner before me put on there. When I'm in this car and it's not moving, I sometimes think I've gone deaf.

Anyway, you've made a good choice.

Welcome, Wow, that's really low miles. Congrats. Just watch the tranny for any weirdness or slipping. It's covered for 100k miles under the extended tranny warranty Acura added.

thanks for all the responses, as for the car, i got it from a private owner...i looked around at dealer prices and they were asking 23-24k for a car with a little more miles (20-30k) i get alot of head turns...

and i do plan to modify...first things first...a drop and some rims!!
