Said goodbye to my CLS/6

So after 2 amazing years with my ABP CL-S 6speed I let her go to make room for my new baby. I bought a 350Z Touring Roadster 6speed the other day. I love my Z but I will always miss the CL-S. The hardest part is I work at the Nissan dealer and now I see my CL n the used car lot everyday and have to watch people test driving what will always be my car.

Nice ride but I don't know how big of an upgrade that is (not hating on nissan)

Did you do it because the CL was getting high on the mileage? theres a ton of new cars comming out that will spank a current gen 350Z, maybe you should have waited

Greddy TT kit makes about 400whp for the new VQHR motor. and most Z's are hitting 13's stock unless you have $50k -$90k to spend on real powerful vehicles that are coming up.

Who says all the new fast cars are in the 50-90k range? the evo X and 135i are easily under 40 grand.

haha, you can't read can you, he got rid of the CLs to make room for him baby (the Z). he works for nissan, logical choice. parts are gonna be cheaper, plus you can make those RWD bad boys very quick.

its all about what you want, some ppl like FWD and luxury and almost the same power, other's want pure sport, RWD, lots of power potential and great aftermarket support.

meant trade up in performance... we all love our cl's

but cmon, its getting old.... our cars are NOT for performance at all. i mean it has power no doubt, but there is not much aftermarket parts, sucks at handling, imo its a trade up.

z's have rwd, great handling, 3.5, and are sexy as hell. so i say trade up

The main reason I did it was because I wanted more of a "toy" car. I drive a dealer demo as my daily driver to to me having a CL sit in the garage wasnt doing it for me anymore. As much as I loved and miss my CL that was not the car I pictured driving as a toy car on nice days. The Z is a 2 seat roadster that is meant for nice days. When I have to go out and cant take the motorcyles I can take the Z. Just seemed to make sense if I am not driving it much. Also I get a decent deal on Nissan and NISMO parts so modding/maintaning the Z should be pretty cheep
