Safe to polish headers

I have some 5AT headers that were on my '02 TL-S, I'm about to put them up for sale. Do I need to polish them 1st? Is it safe for them to be polished? If so, what type of polish and process should be used?

Why polish them? They're already discolored.

Don't bother polishing them. Just wipe them down with soap and water maybe.

I guess I'll just head to the black market section. Only 10K miles on them. $650 sound fair?

Price sounds good. I cleaned the front header before I put them in with wet sand-paper and it wasn't that hard. Took about 10 minutes.

I neither have the tools nor the knowhow for that. So I'll just let the buyer do that if they want to. But thanks for the advice.
