?. cuz i have a 1991 accord and i purchased a remote start for it. will try to install it myself since i have all the time in the world. i installed the keyless entry and alarm myself so i figure i do the remote start myself too. since summer is around the corner, i would like to start the car with the AC on. is that bad for any part of the car....the engine, alternator, etc?

Car these days no problem, but that older car, my guess is NO !

I think the compressor waits a couple seconds after you start the car b4 it turns on.

He's saying it isn't a problem on the CL, and NO don't do it on older cars.

You're car is fine to start with or without the AC. They've had AC on cars for a half-century .. and without problems.
