the dealer sells the rubber matts for the front, just not the rear. For the rear just get some regular revctangle ones for the back.

I purchased the all-season mats from the dealer when I bought my 03 CLS.

yeah I use the stock acura all seasons. they are really handy for crappy weather. I just bought a set of standard black rectangle mats for the rear since acura doesnt sell a matching rear set. my stock floor mats have never seen rain snow, rain, beach sand, etc .. I just swap the two sets in and out all the time.

I bought my front two mats from the dealer as well and they look, work and fit great.

The best part about them is that they use the stock harness pin on the floor to secure both mats. Also these suckers are heavy so they're built to last.

My dealer wanted $99, so I got my genuine acura all weather mats from one of the online vendors. Juniorbean's (c-c-c.net) price is better then what I paid (but he hadn't started up yet).

check some of the catalog sites like herrington's or griotsgarage. they make rubber/winter mats for various cars. i'm sure they have them for the CLs.

i found some cheap clear mats at K-Mart or Wal-Mart and trimmed them to fit over the tan mats in my car. it's prevented a lot of carpet stains and since they're clear they look fine. $15 bucks for a set of 4 i think. well worth the cost to try to prevent premature wear on the mats.

Sorry man, but that’s pretty GETTO.
Just buy the factory Acura ones for like 45-bucks.
They fit perfectly and look great.
I use mine over the winter months.
