roters warrenty?

roters warrenty?

is it true the roters are only under warrenty for 12,000 miles or 12 months?? mine are warped, like alot of other peoples, and thats what the dealer told me.

dont think so, a lot of folks here have had rotors repaired/replaced under warranty. Mine were cut at 16k and again at 29 k. If warp returns, I'll go for replacement before warranty runs out. Clearly a design flaw--brakes are undersized for the weight of car.....

Dont let them lie to you, use a different dealer. I had mine changed @ 30k they had been turned 2wice alreade.

forgot to mention that i dont have 12,000 miles yet, so there going to replace them anyway. but just wondering because that didnt sound right to me. thanks

Honda came out with new pads. The old ones were causing the rotors to warp...to much heat. I've had mine resurfaced and new pads...so far so good.

I had mine "machined" last month at no charge, and i have 24,000 miles on it! I dont see why it would not be covered like everything else.

so should i have the dealer replace the break pads too? i dont think he plans on doing that, has anybody else had the break pads changed with the rotors? does anybody konw if thers a service bulletin about this? thanks
