I've got the PIAA 19224, and they haven't given me any problems yet. Oh yeah, they look really nice too!

Had m6s in for some time now, have not noticed any issues with them. Look nice, brighter and a decent match to the hids.

this is kinda off of this topic, but avengerjr, would you recommend in getting the fenderwell trim, i have the mudguards, but not too familiar with the fenderwell trim. DO those go on the door also or just above the wheels. Sorry for some basic questions, but I tried lookin at the acura website and they show the same picture for the mudguards and for the fenderwell trim. Thanks!!

absolutely get the fenderwell trim!!! it blends so nicely. the trim picks up the black accents from the mudguards, the side mirrors, and b-pillars. u should also consider getting the moonroof visor/wind-deflector.

i use a 3-color theme on my car. red exterior with silver chrome-like trim to match the wheels and badges and black mudguards, visor, fenderwell trim to match the interior and exterior.

the fenderwell trim just goes above the wheels. there is no set that i've heard of from AHMotor that has door trim and fenderwell trim bundled together (although that would b pretty cool, plus u'd b purchasing at a discount)

i dunno how the door trim would look. it might look distracting compared to the smooth longtitudnal lines, but i can't say for certain b/c i don't have it.

what he said!

the fenderwell trim is good, it has already saved me a few times when people fling their doors open, so they have a practical use as well! They are only above the wheels, not for the doors. They are black and match, like Scooter said, the mudguards and side mirrors. I like the look of them. So I would recommend getting them.

I got the fenderwell trim, mudguards, and wheel locks throw in for free when I got my car last year. I don't have the moonroof visor though, didn't really like the look of it then, but I may bet it soon, haven't decided yet.

thanks for info guys, I might get it installed when I go in next week for my 7500 mile service. I too have been trying to decide with which road lamps to go with, I have been trolling around and waiting for others to ask.....

When I first changed my stock roadlamps, I put in the 5 watt PIAA's. Now I moved those to the inside doors, and replaced with the 18 watt PIAA's. I've seen the M6 on Lloyd's car. The 18watt PIAA seems to be a closer match to the headlamps than the M6. Either one is better than the 5 watt PIAA, and lets not even discuss stock. You just have to be careful putting in the 18 watt bulbs, because the are a tight fit thru the hole in the back of the roadlamp housing.

I too love my fenderwell trim. To me it looks naked and sheet-metally without it. It also gives you that extra 1/16' reduction in wheel well gap!!

I got mine thrown in too, but it is really easy to install--I ordered it from AHmotor and put it on a 1998 CL in 15 minutes.

Oh yeah--I have the Polargs and I don't think it gets much better than this so I'm not playing around with anymore road lamps.
