thanks for the info.
on a side note. those damn caliper bolts are really hard to find. the guy i bought my calipers from had his tech rebuild them and he striped one of the bolt heads while getting it out so finding a replacement has been hard. im likely going to replace all 8 bolts since i cant find the same looking bolt anywhere.
i found out that its an M10-1.25 bolt, the outter bolts are 80mm long and the inner ones are 75mm.
i may end up just getting some hex bolts in this size and legth and try to find a nice finishing cap for the head, something similar to those snap on license plate bolt covers

yea thats where paul told me to look. problem is that they dont have stainless steel bolts in the size i need them in.
i did however find some class 8.8 steel bolts coated with zinc from that site. i pm'd paul, hopefully he approves.

anyone know how much brake fluid is needed to completely flush the system? i plan on using ATE Super Blue (same as ATE Type 200, except its tinted blue so you can see the change in fluid color to make flushing easy)
i noticed e30cabrio bought 2 1L cans but im reading on most places that 1L should be enough. i plan on doing 2 cars, mine and my friends so will 3L be enough to flush both cars?

Yeah I justed installed them... Was waiting until I found the right pair of wheels. And yes I am enjoying them everyday! Thanks again bro.
I know for sure that the SS lines threaded end fits the RL caliper, and the other end is a banjo bolt fitting so it "should" work.

Quesetions for those running the RL calipers: What sized rotors did you use? The brembo 350Z or regular (05+) 350Z rotors?
Cause I came into some numbers and I just wanted some opinions and experiences:
350Z:
-320mm outer diameter (12.6 in.)
-Nominal thickness: 28.1 mm
-Minimum thickness: 26mm
-Bolt size: 12.9mm
350Z Brembo:
-324 mm outer diameter (12.75 in.)
-Nominal thickness: 30 mm
-Minimum thickness: 28.4 mm
-Bolt size: 12.7 mm
Would the Brembo sized rotors be too think for the rotors since the RL rotors are the same nominal and minimum thickness as the regular 350Z rotors?
Also the bolt size on the CL rotors are 12.6 mm, which is closer to the Brembo 350Z rotor's bolt size of 12.7 mm. So i'm a bit torn. The Brembo sized rotors are larger and the bolt size (bolt holes?) fit the CL studs better but the non-brembos are the same thickness as the original RL rotors. Help! lol
Right now im leaning towards the brembo sized ones cause I'm sure the smaller bolt size would help with any rotor vibration and because they are larger (no worries about partial pad contact), plus Paul said that he uses this size.

Ok guys, got the calipers on this weekend. Big thanx to anthracitecl for helping me out big time.
All i have to do now is get some ss lines.

lookin good!
i decided to fully polish my calipers since i cant find a good hypersilver powdercoat to match my wheels...
this was just a trial run to see how it'd turn out and it looks great so im going to continue and finish off the rest of the caliper. i took off the ACURA because these are going on my accord so i'll have a Honda decal in its place when its all done. will probably have it powdercoated clear to protect everything when im done.

Just use the CL brake lines. They bolt right up.

All depends on the vanes in the middle. The slots on the rotor itself can go either way.

Just a couple of things while I was looking for info and talking to Paul:
-You can use the stock hoses directly to the RL calipers, forget the metal rigid lines.
-350Z Brembo sized rotors seem the best size to use. They are bigger and the bolt holes are tighter around the hub then the non-brembo size (vibration concern). While the brembo sized rotors are thicker, Paul says they will still fit.
- I measured pads and calipers and you need at least 60mm of space from the rotor to the spokes of your rims. This was a critical number for me in determining if my wheels would fit and what size of spacers I would need.
