If you are talking about my old led set, they are trashed. But when u see the new led drls, ur gonna want those. They are so bright that at night they light up the road a fair amount even without the headlights. They look oem too.

AFAIK, we're talking about Noahs old LED tail lights. Personally, Im not a fan of LED bits or Halos on cars that arent Audis or Bimmers.

Yes, insert were removed and I had them epoxied in. I sorta rushed it but it is holding well. I already test it by yanking on it pretty hard it it just popped off. But there is no way it is going to come off without deliberate force. As for the wiring, I had a local shop do the install for $75. They ran a wire, a fuse and a switch, the lights automatically turn off when my key turns the car off, so no dead battery. I can imagine, with the right amount of skill and time, you can have the inserts notched to accept these fixtures.

Ok, back on topic, the GB is almost over, Friday we will be wrapping up production and the kits will then be packaged and ready to be shipped. We'll collect the balances and ship them out to those who participated in the GB. So if you were on the list or want to be part of the GB, call me or email me to order.

Friday, Feb. 4th is the last day of the GB sale price

I think it's unlikely that Ron will do something with the lip or it would have happened this time around...

But maybe in a few months I'll be down to do a group buy if other people are down to join in.

That red switch was from an asshole tuner who told me some stupid story that it will turn off the Blower tune if the belt gets disconnected. I'm taking it out.

And wemight come out with the splitter... if I win the lotto and have money to burn. We'll see what comes about from the 2nd Gen TL splitter kit, who knows, maybe a little cutting here and there by the customer will make it work.

Yeah I actually tried to cruise behind him for the entire ride to Acurafest but I lost him in the shuffle.

We ended up parking next to each other which kind of sucked because his CL was so much nicer than mine! lol

He's a super chill guy and his ride is ultra clean.

He doesn't really come on the forums much.

I gotta check my email for his name again because I forgot.

Not sure...I'm trying to remember his info.

I got him hooked up with a really sick sub enclosure custom made for the CL from my old buddy Travis from Gig Harbor so I'm trying to trace something from our conversation.

I didn't really take any pics because I knew there were 100 others with cameras but the CL's got NO LOVE! :thumbsdow

Never had seen or heard of his CL and I was totally f*n shocked to know there was this dope CL running around! lol

We were trying to setup a photoshoot together but I think we both forgot.

Here's one I found.

I actually lurk the forums every day but don't post

@AustinTaper: I'm on Tein Basics I actually wanted it a little lower but the fronts are already maxed so I had to match the rears with the fronts, the drop looks good when theres people in the car lol.

@rondog and noah: Noah I was waiting for you to get your RJ lip kit but looks like you're getting your new set of rims first. I already PM'ed you about doing a photoshoot when your rims are installed. And I agree I love my lip kit!

Thanks! My car actually has a 2 finger gap which is why I wanted it lower but the fronts are already maxed. My wheels are 19x8 +48.

^ Do you have any scraping issues going into driveways or certain streets with your current setup?

Nope my car is not that low compared to other cars, only when the driveway is really steep. My rear wheels rub a little though sometimes when there's passengers in the back.

what tires are you running, 8" width with a 48mm offset shouldn't rub.

235/35/19, the rubbing is not too bad only on big bumps.

I highly doubt it, since most of the members who wanted the kit already participated. Give me your email address and I'll put you on our mailing list for any updates. info@ronjonwheels.com
