Someone else will be able to answer this better than me, but you can go up to a 19x8. 8.5 is too wide, and looks weird on the car. As far as offset id say between 40-50(im not exactly sure). I got a 45 offset on mine. Hope this helps.

Brian is right, I have 19x8 on my 03cl-s and my offset is +49 with 235/35 tires dropped on Comptech and it doesnt rub, but the car is still too high for me in the back almost 3 fingers, so if this sounds good to you, will be alright. hope i was helpful

depends on the drop, and the size of tires. This thread should help you out...ppl list there drop, rims, offset and tires and say if they rub or not...

http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showt...threadid=73982

btw, im on

18 RH EVO C2's
225/40/18
+42 offset
H&R Sports Drop
NO Rubbin whatsoever...

but each rim is different...

I have 17x7.5 with 45 offset with koni/neuspeed shocks(1 perch lower than lowest setting on konis), neuspeed sport springs, and 235/45-17 with no rubbing at all. I do have a camber kit installed both front and rear too.
