Request for cup holder part #

Currently I still have the old cup holder, and wanted to upgrade to the new one. Could someone send me the part #, or even better yet post a link to a site w/ the part (acuracarland.com would be great )

The first 2nd Gen CLs have funny cup holder. They are very short. A Coke can will tip over if you press either brake or gas :P

you mean all 2001's? cause i have noted a few times where the cup holder was no better than holding a cup between my legs :shudder: yeah the only difference i can see is in the 2003 6 speed the whole center conlsole is different (to make room for the 6MT and parking brake) but thats it. enlighten me on this "new cupholder".......

The people at my dealership didn't believe me when I told them it had changed.

So I took them out in the parking lot and showed them.

It's nice to get a "oh, I guess you are right" from those bozos.

Thats cool - Can you just give me the approximate number that for when your car was produced....Its the last couple #s of your vin, I believe it is the last 6 digits--

I dont want the whole vin, I just want to see if your car was produced after mine....which is like 9800th
