ron,
if you have any plans for new rim designs... i would love a nice thick 5 spoke... with a reasonable lip... i loves the 5 spokes.... your current rims are off the hook as well...

And the kits will be full bumper replacements and side skirts will prolly be same as versus since those are as good as it gets in my opinion. Made from AVS plastic or poly eurethane, but def not fibre anything. Pure-quality and a clean OEM looking style are the motives.

Guessing Game
Ron...
That's the scary part of this project...The fun thing about owning a CL
is the limited # out there... also the down side to a project like yours...
I am sorry if this redundant, and, might have already been mentioned
but..any approach to larger MFG that mght have some interest in
picking up your line? (Molley does the Toyota line...)

And hes pretty busy this week with getting ready for SEMA, so he probably won't be around, but we'll see what he says when he gets back from SEMA. Hopefully he can find someone that would be willing to manafacture the kit there.

Actually, If I recall correctly, Rondog said he was going to do the TL first, then do the CL.

I don't think the design is final yet. It was my understanding from various threads that ron posted in that his concern is first around the logistics of getting a quality kit made for the CL (money, partners, time, materials, etc.). Then he would decide on a design. While that kit is pretty tight, I think it could use a little more tweaking once this thing becomes more of a reality.

Now that I've had the car for 4+ years, I don't want to put a bodykit on it any more. In fact, I don't want to put any more mods on it period. I'll just do the maintenance thang, enjoy my car till I can't stand it any more (2 more years??), ditch it and get something else, preferrably w/ AWD.

Not even if it's a full bumper replacement? instead of a lip kit. That's probably the only reason I'd do is because ron is all about the full bumper replacement kit.

If it is a full bumper replacement, Id do it - I have some pretty bad scratches on my front bumper and the kit would kind of make up for itself in cost anyway
