I wouldnt use spray or tint...
1) spray=can't get off, the luster of the light and tint differ.
2) tint is too thin and prone to bubbles with heat from the light ad/or will chip and scratch very easy

Use a vinyl and buy it from C-C-C.net (juniorbean is a vendor)

wow ok that was close, i bought the tint and everything, it was the spray on. i did however tint the front ambers and it looks great, gives it a clear look without baking the lamps.

But have you ran across any bubbles.I have heard that a lot of people get bubbles from the sun when they tint the lights like that.

if installed correctly the only thing the sun will do is DRY out the bubbles. If you use the vinyl in 100% of the cases, the bubbles will be dried out.

yes it still looks like stock for the shiny qualities.

for the bubbles... i used soapy water underneath the vinyl to allow me to move it around a bunch. i didn't use a heat gun or anything but i stretched the crap out of the vinyl to get rid of all the bubbles. it took a good 30 minutes for each light to make sure it was flat. it was a pain, but i like the results.
