RCA

does our stock headunit have RCA? cuz i know most the stock ones dont .... but since ours is bose =) i m just wondering....

If it doesnt then what else can do to get RCA (not too expensive) other than getting after market headunit(DONT FIT).
cuz my woofer sounds kinda weird.

We dont have RCAs. You can get a LOC (line output converter) for our cars. Streeteffectz can get these.

I don't think too many factory decks have RCA output....you gotta tap the speak liner with a "DELCO 2 RCA" converter to get the signal into an amp....they are sold at any audio store and should run you about $15..

Tap the line out before it gets to the amp and splice some RCA's on there. Then you don't need the converters and you get better sound. And it's free other than a little of your time.

I agree. I spliced RCA's into the signal cable between the amp and the head unit. It takes some time, but it's well worth it.

RCA's are a type of plug (like on the back of your vcr, sterio, cd player) And they carry the signal at a very low voltage (I think around 1-3 volts) Where as the regular speaker out's voltages increase as you increase volume.
