Ran an '02-'03 Audi 1.8T

This was just too funny to pass up. I was returning home from the gym and these two kids were driving their new 1.8T pretty recklessly. I just followed them for a bit... trying to gauge how fast that car was (and its slow... btw). Anyways... we came to a light and we were next to each other. I had my window down... and the kid was staring at my car. By the way, my CL is not lowered, nor does it have exhaust. He says, "Those things are pretty fast eh?. I say, "Yup!". He says, "Want to try it out... mine is Turbo!". I say, "Sure, but I don't have a turbo." He says, "Well, maybe you should get one!". By this time I am just waiting to crush this noob. Lights turn green.... I launch at like 1200rpms (don't spin much at all)... by the time I am spinning 2nd gear, I am 1.5 cars ahead of him. By 3rd, I am 5 cars ahead of him. By 4th, I am 11 cars ahead of him. He probably gave up by the middle of 3rd. Come to the next light. I say "What happened.... your turbo fell out or something back there?" He doesn't say anything and turns right. HAHAHA... that was just plain hilarious!!

hahaha...

What a joke. You said you smoked an A4? You might as well have smoked a civic. Let's see...

A4 1.8T weighs about the same as the CL-type S
A4 - 170hp, 166ft-lbs 1.8L
Cl-s - 260hp, 232 ft-lbs 3.2L

No need for that. It sounded like the kids in the A4 needed a reality check. It's always nice to kill someone who thinks they're gonna kill you.

Is the installation of the Comptech headers a bitch or is it easy? Did you have a professional do it or urself? Just wondering..thinking of doing that myself...

Gufstuff - I did it at home but I have air which I needed to get off the three bolts at the flange going to the cat. Did the rear header bank lying on my back on the floor, car up on stands and front bank from above. Manifold bolts came off easily with wrench in hand no WD-40. My install was OBX's which took forever cuz alot of the holes didn' line up just right.
