Radar/Laser Detectors

I have a tight budget, and I cant afford the v1 or escort, but has anyone looked or used senspro pni model radar/laser detectors. They got one that retails at like $179 at costco for $97, and it seemed to rank high in some tests in 2002. What do you guys think?

I'd pass on those cheap brands. Either the Passport for $300 or the V1 for $400. Get the V1, you won't be sorry.

That's the ONLY place to buy NEW.
The ones on EBAY sell for almost as much so you're better off buying new.
