Which Radar Detector is better

I am looking at the cheap radar detectors, not V1 or Escort. I would like to know which radar detector has better range and is better.

Its between the Beltronics 910 and Whistler DE-1785.

I have a whistler that I got from Best Buy for $110ish and it's worked fine. It's saved me a couple times. Just my 2 cents.
