raced my boys integ with i/h/e

Damn, for a 4 banger these fuckers are fast. Anyway, I was wondering why I seemed to lose some low end torque ever since installing my CAI but yesterday I ran against my boys teg. He has i/h/e. We had 4 runs. Oh yea, he has a stick and I'm auto only w/ intake. First from a roll at 40, we punch at the same time and I slowly walk him. He kept close but I started pulling about 3 cars on him before I shut it down @ 80. Last 3 runs were from a stop. 1st in D5, just punched it, no wheelspin and took off and put about 3 cars again. Next run in SS and I was finally happy that I was able to spin my wheels. Anyway I know, I know...wheelspin bad. Ok, I put about 5 cars on him this time. Last run in gateshift. Fuck do I suck, I only put about about 2 cars on him this time. He's a pretty good driver so I give him props for keeping up. Like I said, damn tegs are pretty quick. Overall I'm happy w/ the way my car ran, ever since these OBX issues came up, I've been contemplating if I should take them off my christmas wishlist. fukers! Soooo, if any of you fukers wanna know how a cl runs against a teg with i/h/e....you'll prob have the same results as I did. You will kill them everytime

not sure what yr it is but its a late model GS. I think it would be a diff story if it was a GSR or ITR. I haven't come across any yet that have wanted to run.

I have raced a gsr with i/h/e from the line. He launched good(we had someone flag us) and i beat him up to around 80 or so by about 2 car lengths.

gateshifting is going from the bottom of selector i.e 1st to 2nd up d5 through the "gates". ss is, well, the sportshift.

Nice kill! Sounds like a race I had with a modded GSR.

ask darrinb about gateshifting, he seems to have the knack for it. I'm actually just waiting for his tranny to fall off j/k bra. I don't trust gateshifting too much so I'll stick to d5 an SS for now.
yes yes...headers! one of these days I will be lucky to get headers. Oh yea, there's this fat kid at my school too w/ a prelude w/ exhaust and big wing...I think I'll see if he wants to run
