R1 Concept brake squeaking

My front brakes seem to be squeaking, it started just after installing the new set of R1 Concept rotors and pads. Anyone have this same problem? Did it eventually go away? If not, what does anyone recommend to solve this situation.

Its the pads. I just installed some pads on my car and they didnt sit right on the rotor, so the clip that holds the pads in was rubbing my rotor & causing a squeeling noise at all times. Had to get new pads that actaully fit correctly.

I have a Rotora BBK w/ Rotora Circuit Breaker pads.......at low speeds, mine squeel like a MOFO! Im gonna have Goodyear put some "STOP SQUEEL" on the pads to correct the problem.

I use to work at a goodyear in my area and "Stop squeel" is a liquid that you spread on the pad material itself. You let it dry and its like a bedding compound. I've used it before and it seemed to work. I would also get the stuff that you apply on the outside of the pad. Its usually thick and red. That stuff somewhat absorbes the squeel.

I got R-1 rotors and pads and they squealed like no other. My rear brakes were the only ones that were squeaking thought. I even went out and bought another set of pads for the rear and they became more quiet but there is still an annoying squeaking sound, especially when I hit the brakes.

I notice it especially when I apply the brake with little pressure and come to a gradual stop.

I guess I can go buy this "Stop Squeel" spray and give it a shot.

Im not sure if it is a spray bro......All I know is most of your tire/auto shops have it! It is supposed to work great, and yes, if im going 20-60 mph, and come to a stop...its fine, but starting off at slow speeds then gradually stopping, sounds like nails on a chalk board, but 12x louder! LOL

It isnt that the pads are bad.......I believe it is just their compound that they are made of.

when I put mine on, I got ceramic pads from autozone.. Never had any sounds come from the rotors other than the regular ticking from the holes...

the brakes perform great, but its just the gradual stopping squeel that I get sometimes...seems like when they get warmed up they start that squeeling

my rear brakes make this ticking sound when braking above 10mph. got some drilled/slotted rotors. and then only on the back right side the pads are wearing unevenly. took the whole thing apart and twice and couldnt figure it out.
