Question for all of you wheel professionals

Will a 9" wheel fit in the rear of my car? Also, will 225 series tires fit on a 9"wheel?

I f---ed up two rims and the place where i got them only has 9" wheels left. Guy told me to put two 9" wheels in the back (fatter lip) and keep the 7.5" up front. Im not too sure its going to fit, but let me know.....

Thanks

Wider wheels/tires are used on RWD cars, not FWD cars. Use the same size all around on the CL-S. 9" is too wide anyways.

Thanks, its pronounced (bonack-in-balls). Its in tribute to a great man that I knew (he was a well known in the Boston/Providence area). He has passed now, sadly, but his spirit will live on forever.

Hmmm -- either not that popular or name spelled wrong. Google search shows NOTHING.

Well some Porsche tuners use a 18 or 19x9 with a 225 tire in the front but it looks very stretched and if it's your daily driver, can u say CURB RASH!!!

Yes, staggered setups on FWD is a NO, NO. Some guys here have some excellent setups, hopefully they will post.

I have 18" wheels. they are great and i love them, but im a dumbass and i fucked two of them up. they really arent that bad, its just that i am a perfectionist and i want them perfect. i called the place i got them and the guy told me that all he had were 9" wheels left and that i could put those in the back. i knew that 9" wouldnt fit, but i thought i would check anyway. new shipment of the wheels are in today... lets hope that they have 7.5" wheels. so what kind of wheels are you getting Andy?????

I was thinking of getting wheels...SSR GT1s. I keep going back and forth. Today I am thinking that I'll just stay stock. Maybe next year. I am deathly afraid of buying $500 rims and banging them up. My Prelude's rims weren't that expensive but after warping 5 or 6 of them in a year it GOT expensive. They weren't forged so they might as well have been made of cardboard with these wonderful Boston roads.
